Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds will only be issued if there is a manufacturing fault. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing, ensure you carefully read product descriptions and specifications.

Pierced items cannot be returned or refunded once they have been worn as this is against health regulations.

MonLee products are guaranteed for 6 months from purchase date. Proof of purchase must be provided. The guarantee does not include cover for accidental damage or mistreatment, damage from perfume, hairspray, water or other agents. 

Strictly no returns or refunds on SALE ITEMS.

REFUNDS/FAULTY 

MonLee uses semi-precious stones, please understand that stones may differ in colour and size as they are natural stones, this will not be deemed as a fault. Colours may differ slightly to what you have seen in photographs on the website due to the uniqueness of the stones. This will also not be deemed as a fault or a reason for exchange.

MonLee jewellery is handmade and therefore delicate and should be treated and cared for as such. If items are dropped on hard surfaces stones can loosen and products could break. We will not accept returns or refunds for dropped goods that result in such. We would recommend to keep your jewellery in a safe place for storage. We will not accept responsibility for repairing items or replacing stones due to these reasons.

Due to the nature of gold and silver plating it may wear over time and fade, this is not deemed as a fault or reason for returns or refunds. Please take note of care instructions to ensure the longevity of your purchase.

If you are sending an item back due to a fault, it will be reviewed to establish if the item is deemed as faulty. If a product is deemed faulty we will repair or replace the product, if we are unable to repair or replace we will exchange or issue a credit.

Please email us at contact@monlee.com with Returns & Exchanges as your subject heading. All faulty items are to be sent back in original packaging with a copy of your tax invoice to MonLee Pty Ltd - P.O. BOX 2097, Greenvale, VICTORIA, 3059 within 5 business days of receiving your order. All costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be refunded back onto the credit card that you placed your order with.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

MonLee jewellery is handmade and therefore delicate and should be treated and cared for as such. We would recommend storing your jewellery in original packaging to avoid any scratching or rubbing form contact with other jewels.

Treat your jewellery with love and care to ensure it remains in original condition. Please avoid cleaning products, chlorine, body lotions, hairspray, perfume and water.
